I have been working with groups since approximately 2005, 15 years as a social worker and the last 5 years as a trainer based on Nonviolent Communication. In my courses, I work with cases that emerge from the group. In this way, new skills can be directly linked to daily practice. Furthermore, I work lovingly, sometimes confrontationally and as much as possible adapted to what is going on in the group. I am good at getting to the core and resolving conflicts, whereby all parties are heard and acknowledged.
I followed a 3-year training at the ITIP (Institute for Applied Integral Psychology), which forms the basis of my work with people. Furthermore, I have taught for many years in adult education and secondary vocational education. In my work I am mainly inspired by

- GC Circle . A circle of trainers in the Dutch language area.
- CRKBO: The Central Register of Short Vocational Education in the Register of Teachers. The Register of Teachers lists self-employed teachers who meet the Quality Code for Teachers.
Ik werk zo‘n 20 jaar met groepen, 15 jaar als agoog en de laatste 5 jaar als trainer gebaseerd op Geweldloze Communicatie. In mijn cursussen werk ik met casussen die uit de groep naar voren komen. Op deze manier kunnen nieuwe vaardigheden direct worden gekoppeld aan de dagelijkse praktijk. Verder werk ik liefdevol, soms confronterend en zoveel mogelijk aangepast op wat er speelt in de groep. Ik kan goed tot de kern komen en conflicten oplossen, waarbij alle partijen gehoord en erkend worden.
Ik volgde een driejarige opleiding bij het ITIP (Instituut voor Toegepaste Integrale Psychologie) dit vormt de basis van mijn werk met mensen. Verder heb ik jarenlang les gegeven in volwassen educatie en het Middelbaar Beroeps Onderwijs. In mijn werk laat ik me voornamelijk inspireren door
