I am a certified professional in the Enneagram, specializing in its application to leadership and team development. Based in Madrid, Spain, I have experience in leadership roles within one of the world’s leading IT services companies. This has allowed me to combine the theoretical knowledge of the Enneagram with the practical experience of leading teams in dynamic and demanding environments.
I believe in leadership based on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and adaptability, using the Enneagram as a key tool to enhance both professional and personal development. Through this methodology, I help improve communication, talent management, and strategic decision-making, fostering a more human and effective leadership approach.
If you are interested in exploring how the Enneagram can transform the way we lead and work as a team, I would be happy to share my experience.
