Dr. Joss is the author of The Enneagram Symbol: Mapping the Journey of Personal, Social, and Spiritual Evolution which explores the meaning of the universal laws represented in the Symbol. She does very deep transformational coaching work based on her understanding of the Enneagram Symbol and a lifetime of studying evolutionary dynamics. Jennifer has been facilitating the growth and development of people and systems for over 30 years as a coach and consultant in non-profit and for-profit organizations, across diverse industries. As a certified Enneagram and Enneagram in Business professional, she has used the Enneagram to help clients with leadership development, influence, sales success, teaming and working cross-functionally, and generally thriving in a relationship-based world.
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Stanford and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Harvard. She taught the Enneagram in Leading with Emotional Intelligence in the business school at SOU for 10 years, and currently uses the Enneagram in a half-quarter course on leadership at Stanford Graduate School of Business that she co-teaches with her father.
