Hi, my name is Jeanette van Stijn. I am the founder of Enneagram Nederland in the Narrative Tradition and later Enneagram Europe in the Transformative Tradition (2024), which I am proud to say is an IEA-accredited school.
Enneagram Europe organises and has organised several significant events, including:
The yearly Enneargam Europe Summer School Retreat features a teaching team of renowned experts in the Narrative Tradition led by Peter O’Hanrahan and myself. This community gathering brings together certified Enneagram Teachers, enneagram practitioners and enthusiasts from allover the world.
As licensed affiliate of Enneagram Worldwide in Europe since 2007, we introduced the full EPTP-programme with a newly established UK/Irish team in the UK in 2013, which has thrived independently since 2017.
The European Conference for Teachers, Practitioners and enthusiasts in the Narrative Tradition in 2013 - “Spirituality@Work”.
The European Conference for Teachers, Practitioners and enthusiasts in the Narrative Tradition in 2012 - “It’s All About Relationships”.
My academic background includes a specialised master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology: Organisational Cultures, with a focus on Organisational Behaviour, Psychology, and Intercultural Differences. This academic pursuit reflects my deep interest in understanding human dynamics within global cultures and the complexities of international collaboration.
As a One-on-One Type 1 in the Enneagram, I have spent the last twenty-six years exploring the Enneagram’s psychological foundations, the core motivations of its types, their unique developmental pathways, and the transformative processes that foster profound personal, professional and spiritual growth.
During this time, I have worked full-time teaching, coaching, facilitating in-company team building, and driving organisational development using the Enneagram. My research has reconnected me with the wisdom of ancient thinkers such as Zoroaster, Pythagoras, Marcus Aurelius, Evagrius of Pontus, Athanasius Kircher, Ramon Llull, Gurdjieff, Sufi mentors, and principles from Gnosticism and more. This exploration of philosophy, spiritual traditions, ancient texts, and mystery schools is a cornerstone of my methodology; the EnneaFlow® Transformative Process Model.
I continually learn from the individuals I mentor through coaching, team-building initiatives, and the comprehensive training programs offered by Enneagram Europe.
These in-depth IEA-accredited programs include:
the Enneagram Essentials Training Programme
the Enneagram Mastery Retreat Programme (nine retreats to practise the nine spiritual keys)
the Enneagram Analyst Programme
the EnneaFlow Coach and Counselor Programme
the EnneaFlow Team Trainer Programme
the EnneaFlow Teacher in the Transformative Tradition Programme
All programs are offered in both Dutch and English, and we are honored to deliver these programs on-site upon invitation, bringing the transformative power of the Enneagram to diverse communities worldwide.
This dynamic cycle of learning and teaching has led to the development of numerous models, quotes, exercises, and the EnneaFlow Transformative Process Model®, which encapsulates my approach to facilitating profound and meaningful transformation.
