By profession, I am a business psychologist. For nearly 30 years, I have been working in the non-governmental sector, at the organization Amica Educa (Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina), where, in addition to managerial responsibilities and organizational leadership, I offer trainings, workshops, as well as individual and group support in the areas of mental health, emotional and social well-being, psychosocial empowerment, personal development, and interpersonal relationships.

At the same time, I facilitate trainings and provide support in the field of business and professional development – particularly in areas such as team collaboration, team communication, the development of business and professional skills, and the improvement of organizational effectiveness.

Nonviolent Communication has been an integral part of my everyday life – both personally and professionally – for more than 25 years. Through its philosophy and practice, I’ve found a path to deep and sincere connection with myself and others, a space of safety, understanding, and the beauty of living.

Clarity, structure, and analytical thinking come naturally to me in my work – they help me feel grounded. I truly enjoy combining them with spontaneity, ease, and humor – that’s when I feel most alive.

I deeply value authenticity and strive to encourage it in others. I draw inspiration and inner peace from animals, time in nature, and moments of quiet meditation.

I genuinely believe that personal, professional, and societal growth is possible when we nurture awareness of our own needs and the needs of others, and build relationships rooted in understanding and empathy.
