As a dual-licensed Intellectual Property attorney, I’ve led global trademark and brand protection strategies, negotiated international licensing deals, and advised on cross-border M&A transactions throughout Latin America and beyond. At Mars, I designed and implemented the company’s first global brand harmonization legal strategy, supported key acquisitions in Brazil and Mexico, and launched the first legal-business summit aligning marketing, IP, and leadership vision—reducing legal costs while deepening brand coherence.
