Originally trained as an engineer, I spent 25 years in international leadership roles within the financial markets sector, ultimately serving in executive management positions. In 2014, I chose to leave that path to dedicate my professional life to what felt more deeply aligned: accompanying individuals and collectives in their transformation.
Today, I work as a coach for leaders and teams, a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer, and a mindfulness meditation instructor. My work stands at the intersection of organizational clarity and relational maturity. Having navigated complex environments, I understand governance, leadership, and decision-making from the inside, while remaining attentive to the human dynamics that sustain them.
Based in France, I work with leaders and teams in corporate settings, as well as with students, prison communities, and religious groups. These diverse and sometimes demanding contexts have strengthened my conviction that lasting social transformation is rooted in personal responsibility and authentic relationships.
I work in both French and English, in person and online.
As a practicing Catholic, I am deeply interested in both the spiritual and embodied dimensions of human existence. Nonviolent Communication has profoundly transformed the way I relate to others and to the world, helping me recognize that conflicts arise at the level of strategies, not needs. I continue this path of unity and service with commitment and dedication.
Ingénieur de formation, j’ai exercé pendant 25 ans des responsabilités internationales dans le secteur de la finance de marchés, jusqu’à occuper des fonctions de direction. En 2014, j’ai choisi de quitter cette trajectoire pour me consacrer à ce qui me paraissait plus profondément juste : accompagner les personnes et les collectifs dans leurs transformations.
Aujourd’hui coach de dirigeants et d’équipes, formateur certifié en Communication NonViolente et instructeur en méditation de pleine conscience, je travaille au croisement de la clarté organisationnelle et de la maturité relationnelle. Ayant évolué dans des environnements complexes, je connais de l’intérieur les enjeux de gouvernance, de leadership et de prise de décision, tout en restant attentif aux dynamiques humaines qui les sous-tendent.
Basé en France, j’interviens en entreprise auprès de dirigeants et d’équipes, ainsi qu’auprès d’étudiants, en milieu pénitentiaire et auprès de communautés religieuses. Ces contextes variés, parfois exigeants, ont renforcé ma conviction que la transformation sociale durable s’enracine dans la responsabilité personnelle et la qualité des relations.
