Giovanna operates in processes of conflict valorization, transformation, relationship mediation, and dialogue-based social architecture through Nonviolent Communication. As a CNVC-certified trainer and Counselor Supervisor with humanistic-existential training in interpersonal, intrapersonal and systemic conflict dimensions, she integrates NVC with Restorative Justice practices. Giovanna has led a Mediate Your Life year training program in Italy since 2015, and she incorporates the MYL 3-Chairs model into her work with individuals, organizations, and institutions, including schools and prisons.
