Following my qualification as a solicitor, I spent the first part of my career practising law and working as an in-house lawyer and joined the European Commission in 2004. After 17 wonderful years in the Commission, of which 9 as a Head of Unit, I interrupted my career for one year to focus on training as a coach and completing my certification as a NonViolent Communication trainer.
