Hi, I’m Felix. I’m a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a facilitator, and a business consultant. I also hold a Master’s degree in change management from the University of Sherbrooke and a background in organizational development.
Most of my trainings are with organizations and leadership teams, where I create spaces for people to practice navigating hard conversations and conflict, building connection, and listening with empathy. My style is hands-on and real: we work with the situations that matter most to you, right there in the room. That often means demos, role plays, and live practice — because lasting change doesn’t come from concepts alone, but from trying it out, stumbling, and learning together.
Alongside my NVC work, I consult with businesses on leadership, strategy, and change. Straddling both worlds has shown me that professional growth and personal growth are inseparable — the way we relate at work is the way we relate in life. Whether I’m working with systems or relationships, I keep seeing the same truth: growth happens when we have the courage to face what’s uncomfortable and the tools to stay grounded while we do it.
For me, NVC isn’t just a set of skills — it’s a way of living with more integrity, courage, and presence. Truly connecting with ourselves and with others can be messy and uncomfortable, but it’s also where transformation happens. My goal is to help people discover the resources they already carry inside them, so they can feel steady in discomfort, make empowered choices, and create more meaningful connections in their lives.
If this resonates, I’d love to meet you where you are — whether in a workshop, a team training, or a one-on-one conversation — and support you in building these skills. Let’s do this work together.
