I am a psychotherapist in the field of A. Lowen’s Bioenergetic Analysis - I chose this form of working with other people because the body supports the processes of trauma transformation. I conduct IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. When working with other people, I also use B. Adler’s Emotional Core Perception and Focusing by Eugene Gendlin and Resonant Healing by Sarah Peyton.

My most important resource during work is high sensitivity and intuition, which I combine with knowledge and experience. I work under supervision.

I started building emotional self-awareness in 2009, when, as a young mother, I really needed support. At that time, I underwent my first psychotherapy in the humanistic field. Since 2011, I have been intentionally working on how I communicate with myself, my loved ones and the world. In 2020, I started studying A. Lowen’s psychotherapy (Polish Association for Bioenergy Analysis).

I am a member of the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis IIBA. I am a 10th semester Psychology student. Over the last 14 years, I have participated in dozens of training courses expanding my knowledge and skills in working with other people.

In addition to my passion for psychotherapy, I am an active NVC trainer, conducting workshops and training for corporations and institutions. I am a lecturer at the NVC study in Legnica (Legnica Medical School), Kraków (Leance) and Białystok (Contacted Relations Workshop).

In the office, I work individually with young people and adults to expand their awareness of their feelings and needs, and with couples who can work on their relationships thanks to mediation. I am an advocate of dialogue, I run Repair Circles, Sociocratic Circles and Systemic Consensing group decision-making processes. I conduct tutoring and mentoring processes.
