Engy Hamdy

Engy Hamdy is a certified Integral Enneagram Practitioner, Enneagram Teacher and Conscious Coach.

After 15 years of working with the World Health Organisation, Engy Hamdy began her personal journey into self-development, earning certifications as an NLP Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.

This exploration opened the door to her true passion — the Enneagram, a tool that would later shape both her personal life and professional mission.

Today, Engy is a Certified Enneagram Practitioner, Enneagram Teacher and Conscious Life Coach. She is also the co-founder of Mindfit, an initiative that trains school teachers, mentors young athletes, and empowers women through awareness programs, workshops, and retreats.

Her teaching style is often described as passionate, engaging, and impactful, blending insight with heartfelt connection. Guided by Carl Jung’s words — “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will drive you and you will call it fate” — she inspires others to live with clarity, freedom, and purpose.
