Elżbieta is a Doctor of Humanities in the field of pedagogy, a therapist, advisor, trainer, mediator, facilitator. She has over 25 years of experience working in environments that need support, in areas such as disability, disease, addiction, exclusion and the risk of exclusion. She works as a teacher, lecturer, and trainer.
She is interested in spiritual development, especially the connection between Nonviolent Communication and Christianity. She draws inspiration for reflection, transformation, and action from Marshall Rosenberg and Christlin Rajendram SJ.
