The Enneagram is a mirror, an invitation, and a path back to yourself and toward one another.
For over two decades, the Enneagram has been one of the most transformative tools in my life and my work. I focus on the 27 subtypes, because the detail they offer helps people see their patterns with more honesty and more compassion. I offer individual coaching, spiritual direction, work with teams and faith communities, workshops, and retreats.
Much of my work is with spiritual leaders and people whose relationship with faith is changing, whether they are questioning, letting go, or rebuilding. I also welcome people of all ages, races, cultures, nations, faith traditions, and abilities, including disabled people and LGBTQIA+ people. All of who you are belongs here, and the places where your identities meet matter.
I also work with white people who want to understand how racism and dominant culture live in our bodies, habits, and institutions, wherever we live in the world, and who are ready to practice a different way. This is not about shame. It is about telling the truth, taking responsibility, and moving toward repair and collective liberation.
Having lived through collective trauma and natural disasters myself, I bring a trauma informed presence to everything I do. I pay attention to capacity, grief, and the nervous system, and I move at a pace that people can actually sustain.
My values: Grounded Presence, Compassionate Dialogue, Collective Liberation, Belonging, Courage, Healing, Community, Authenticity, Growth Mindset, Joy, and Rest
