I have been engaged with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) for over a decade and a half. I have been witness to the growth and spread of the NVC movement in India through Conventions and IITs, impacting several hundred people here. In 2020, knowing that we needed a local organization that would hold the vision and mission of NVC in India, I co-founded the Nonviolent Communication Trust that organizes large events such as Conventions, IITs, and Mentoring and Assessment Days.
I have a PhD in Organization Development and specialize in Applied Behavioural Science. My forte is group and process facilitation. I am also a founder member of the Institute for Group Facilitation in India. Some of the areas that I conduct trainings in include personal growth and development, interpersonal effectiveness, achievement motivation, power motivation, leadership and team building. I have offered my expertise to organizations in the industrial, healthcare and rural development sectors for over four decades.
I am the Founder-Member of the Nonviolent Communication Trust in India, the mission of which is to spread NVC in the region and to support the emergence of Certified Trainers in the subcontinent.
