I love supporting people in discovering themselves, moving beyond the chaos of the mind through the wisdom of the heart.

I have been a mother since 2010, and my two boys have been my greatest teachers. Through the beautiful challenges of raising children, they chiseled away at many of my limiting beliefs and brought me to discover Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It was because of them that I found myself searching for something deeper - a way to honor both their autonomy and my need for connection and peace. For the past 10 years, I have worked in school and in the last 4 years as a coach for adolescents in the same school. Through the lens of NVC, I learned to see that teenagers are not problems to be fixed, but human beings with profound needs trying to express themselves in the only ways they know how.

The Gift of NVC: Finding Peace and Purpose

My life is infinitely more meaningful because when I discovered Nonviolent Communication, I was finally able to put words to what I had always felt about the humanity within us - about how it is the essence of who we are. NVC gave me the language to understand that every human action, no matter how it appears on the surface, is rooted in an attempt to meet a need.

It dissolved my enemy images - not just of others, but of myself. I stopped seeing mistakes as evidence of inadequacy and began to see them as expressions of unmet needs. NVC led me toward discovering who I truly am. Through connecting with my needs, I began to rewrite the story of my life. Experiences that once felt like wounds became sources of wisdom. I learned to listen to my heart with attention and dedication, and I choose to learn with my heart in order to educate and cultivate my mind.

I am a human being who loves life and all of its experiences. I embrace the joy and the sorrow, the ease and the struggle. I have come to understand that a meaningful life is not one free from pain, but one where we meet all of life with presence, compassion, and an open heart.

My Aspiration: Finding Peace Through Connection

My deepest aspiration is to contribute to making possible the awareness of a life worth living fully. I want to help people discover the state of peace and inner harmony that comes from truly connecting with our needs. I want to continue contributing by offering contexts for discovering Nonviolent Communication, where people can discover themselves and discover how authentic connection from the heart creates lasting and meaningful relationships. I believe that when we learn to connect with our own needs and the needs of others, we tap into something sacred - a recognition of our shared humanity that brings us to a place of peace and acceptance.

In my work as a trainer, I don‘t just teach NVC techniques, I create spaces where transformation can happen. I bring my whole self - my vulnerability, my stories, my celebrations - and I invite others to do the same. I use experiential practices to help people connect with their needs at a visceral level. I hold space for grief, for anger, for confusion, and for the joy that emerges when we finally feel truly seen and heard.

I teach the spiritual basis of NVC by embodying it in my presence and way of being. I help people shift from judgment to curiosity, from conflict to connection, from separation to belonging. My intention is for all of us to find that state of peace and reconciliation that comes from genuine connection with our needs.

This is my work. This is my calling - to help people discover the wisdom of their hearts, the power of authentic connection, and the peace that exists when we choose to live from a place of love.
