Christy Kennedy is the founder of Culture Conscious™ and creator of Three‑Centered Leadership™, a multi-phased approach to helping leaders and teams navigate complexity through the integrated wisdom of Head, Heart, and Gut via the Enneagram.
With over 20 years in qualitative research, she has guided global brands to deeper understanding of human behavior. In 2017, she launched Culture Conscious to shift the focus from voice of the consumer to voice of the team — working with people and their capacity to lead, connect, and embody growth.
Today, Christy leads a talented team of facilitators and consultants, working with global corporate organizations to bring Enneagram-based transformation into daily leadership life.
She is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher, iEQ9 Practitioner, Enneagram in Business trained, and holds certifications from InnerMBA and as a RIVA-trained moderator. Her methods integrate narrative, somatic awareness, and system-level insight.
