I seek to live a life full of purpose, playfulness, intensity, love, and community. This search has led me into theatre, martial arts, meditation, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I consider myself a growing street giraffe, hoping to be able to relate to people in a truthful way. This is also what I try to teach. I see that, while we all share needs and feelings, we differ in our resources and thus in our power. So I hope to support people in increasing their power to create a life and world that they hope for, while I am still learning to create this myself.
