Anu offers deep coaching, facilitation and programs that help people transform their understanding of themselves, their potential and their purpose. Clients have the opportunity to develop the enhanced awareness, authenticity, wisdom and presence that enables them to live and work with greater meaning and fulfillment.
Anu has 40 years of experience as a business owner, lawyer, mediator, coach and spiritual director. Her expertise enables her to coach, counsel and mentor individuals and organizations from a wide range of backgrounds.
Anu has bachelor’s degrees in Law and in Science from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. She is an expert mediator and skilled collaborator, and has taught conflict resolution and collaboration to legal, mental health and financial professionals.
Anu also trained at the Deep Coaching Institute, a school certified by the International Coaching Federation. She augmented her education with training in conflict coaching, counselling and spiritual direction. She has studied and worked with the Enneagram for over 20 years. Currently, Anu is a council member of Prairie Jubilee, a school for spiritual formation and direction.
