Annie Girard, MBA, is a certified trainer in the oral tradition of the Enneagram. She has been studying this system for over 35 years, and offers training and coaching to leaders and their teams to help raise the level of trust, inclusive leadership and productivity in organizations. In Canada, she works with women’s groups to develop their potential and leadership skills, using the Enneagram.
She is also an accredited professional of the International Enneagram Association, and a senior member of the California-based Enneagram in Business Network.
A seasoned businesswoman, Annie holds an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, she has held a number of senior positions in international trade and investment attraction since 1995.
She is particularly interested in the discovery of human complexity, the development of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to propel the attainment of each individual’s full potential by promoting empathy, benevolence and acceptance of self and others. Her work focuses on disseminating the Enneagram from a practical and human perspective, for the benefit of organizations and the people who make them up.
