The discovery of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2011 marked a turning point in my life: this approach profoundly transformed my relationship with myself and with others.

By combining the power of NVC with the symbolism of the Mythic Tarot, I created and published in 2017 a series of games titled À L’ÉCOUTE (“Listening In”) to explore and deepen empathic listening and the core concepts of NVC. These games include several components, notably: an exploration notebook, 78 universal needs cards, feeling cards, and instruction cards to guide inner exploration individually, in pairs, or in groups.

I use this material to facilitate discovery, practice, and training activities in compassionate, conscious, and nonviolent communication. These activities are offered to the general public, NVC practitioners, parents/children, social and community workers, etc.

As part of these discovery and training activities, I strive to share what inspires me most—the compassionate intention of NVC, which invites us to:

La découverte de la CNV en 2011 a marqué un tournant dans ma vie : cette approche a profondément transformé ma relation à moi-même et aux autres. En combinant la puissance de la CNV à la symbolique du tarot mythique, j’ai créé et édité en 2017 une série de jeux, intitulée À L’ÉCOUTE, pour découvrir et approfondir l’écoute empathique et les concepts de base de la CNV. J’utilise ce matériel pour animer des activités de découverte, de pratique et de formation en communication bienveillante, consciente et non violente. Ces activités sont offerts au public en général, aux cnvistes, aux parents/enfants, aux intervenants sociaux et communautaires, etc.
