I aim to increasingly introduce Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to professional groups in my work as a trainer, particularly those involved in social change. It‘s crucial for them, just as it is for us practitioners of NVC, to deepen their self-understanding and understanding to others. I want to contribute to fostering more solidarity within these professions that aspire to create sustainable peace through enhanced communication and greater collaboration.
Ich möchte in meiner Arbeit als Trainerin die GFK immer mehr an Berufsgruppen herantragen, die auch am sozialen Wandel dran sind, denen es ebenso wie uns GFKlern wichtig ist, dass wir uns selbst und andere immer mehr verstehen. Ich möchte zu mehr Solidarität innerhalb der Professionen beitragen, die sich danach sehnen Kommunikation und durch mehr Miteinander nachhaltigen Frieden zu stiften.
