My Nonviolent Communication journey began in 2007 when I attended an NVC workshop in Ruhpolding, Germany. Over the years, I‘ve recognized the importance of sharing NVC within my family and community. I am proud to be the first Muslim-Filipino certified by the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

Even before my certification, I had already introduced NVC to various sectors in my society and country. As an NVC trainer and practitioner, I continually develop my skills in empathic listening, conflict resolution, and integrating NVC to reduce prejudice and bias—particularly among people of different faiths and youth.
