Alicia is the COO and Enneagram Master Trainer of EQ World, licensed to conduct Enneagram Level 1, Enneagram Level 2, Enneagram Level 3 certifications. She has worked with many major organisations, including Great Eastern Life Assurance, AIA, HSBC Life, L’Oreal, Zalora, Ministry of Education, The Association of Singapore Marine and Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI), Singapore Children’s Society, etc.
As a Cambridge-certified CELTA instructor, she spent a decade teaching in Germany, Canada, and the UAE. Before transitioning to a career in education, she held sales and marketing roles at organisations such as Singapore Airlines, IBM, and Panalpina. While living in Vancouver, Alicia was an active volunteer with Look Good Feel Better, a non-profit organisation, where she conducted workshops for women with cancer.
