I believe that it is possible and necessary today to build the world of tomorrow together: more socially just, respectful of all, and of nature. I defend the idea that to achieve this, whatever our fields of activity, we can re-establish quality links to ourselves and to those around us.

After years of exploring “personal development,” I discovered Nonviolent Communication in 2012 by reading Marshall Rosenberg‘s book, and I felt deeply touched: I felt that NVC carried within it this power of personal and collective change I longed for, and I aimed at integrating the process and the consciousness it supports, a true path of deep connection to oneself and to others.

Today I offer NVC training, conflict mediation and individual and collective support, for individuals or companies/associations/organizations. I also facilitate Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects.
• My interpersonal work draws on my own experience and other techniques like Relational Intelligence. It’s allowed me to grow in awareness and acceptance of myself and others, and to implement profound life changes to be fully aligned with myself and offer this alignment to others.

• My work for companies/associations/organizations also draws on more than ten years of experience in Human Resources for a large group. There, I developed a clear understanding of the interdependence of people, processes and formal or informal operating modes. I use my skills to boost or restore connections, through constructive dialogue, self-expression and listening to others.
NVC, more than a tool or a technique, is for me an art of living.
