Alex is passionate about helping clients access richer and fuller expressions of their potential by bringing about change that has a concrete, verifiable impact in their everyday jobs and lives.
He brings a diverse background and 18 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to his coaching practice. He is of German and Colombian origin, has lived and worked in Europe and the Americas and is an engineer with an MBA and studies in transpersonal psychology. In addition to being an Integral Coach™, he is also a Managing Partner at Ferrotec Industrial Ltda. Alex is married and a father of twin girls. He practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is a Zen meditator and enjoys running and mountain biking.
