Agathe has lived and worked in four continents since 1994 and she has 20 years of consulting experience from the IT industry.
During the last 13 years she has focused on change in people, organizations and technology through Management Consulting, both independently and through international consulting firms like Ernst & Young, KPMG and Sopra Steria. Agathe has initiated and supported startups within industrial AI and tech where she uses her coaching skills to build sustainable teams and organizations. She works with clients in a caring and holistic way to widen and empower their search for what deeply matters to them. She facilitates growth by enabling long term sustainable changes in her clients lives. She has clients from different professions, also outside the tech vertical. Agathe lives in Moss, Norway, while she can support clients in Norwegian, English, Dutch and Spanish anywhere in the world by using Skype and Zoom.
