My journey started with a Master’s in education and building improvement culture in a global corporation. Then, I left everything behind to follow love calling. I completed an MBA while raising kids, intending to come back to corporate career.
But as I did, I felt that Lean and Agile were insufficient to express the potential in me and people around me. I searched for more and became a Mindfulness Instructor. And I kept on exploring… All came together through Integral Coaching: the rigor of continuous improvement, the courage to fail, the power of presence… I live in Norway and work globally.
