Welcome to my CNVC-profile! My name is Ada :)
I am in love with NVC and share that love with the world.
I lead workshops on the following topics:
- introduction to NVC
- deepening NVC through emotions (especially being with pain, anger, fear, shame)
- supporting conflict transformation
- feedback
I am a Certified Trainer for NVC and I have a post gradual degree in NVC.
I worked inter alia with the ecovillage Hitzacker Dorf, the German Caritas, the University of Graz, the University of Warsaw, the University Vizja, the European Commission, German institutions for adult education (Volkshochschulen). I organized the Polish and German NVC Online Festivals, I co-organized the German IIT (2024), I wrote and co-authored publications and books on NVC. I love (co-)creating new NVC-projects. In 2024-2025 I was on the board and cooperated with the German NVC association DACH e.V. on projects aimed at disseminating NVC in Europe under Erasmus+. I am actively involved in sharing NVC through Erasmus+ projects and initiatives. Within the German network I am the EPALE ambassador and external evaluator for Erasmus+ projects for several National Agencies.
