In its year of 8, Key Differentiations Program is still one of the basic course where NVC practioners learn and implement how KDs show the way in communication.
The Program is based on Liv Larsson & Katarina Hoffmann‘s book “Cracking the Communication Code”. It also covers Stephanie B. Mattei &Krisin K. Collier’s book “Heart of NVC”. Moreover, Miki Kashtan & Inbal Kashtan‘s Additional KDs are also part of the program.
The purpose is to get familier with the logic of KDs. Meaning, when the differences of two concepts is not clear, KDs has the power to differentiate the concepts by identifying bullet points and clarifying the aim of this process.
Program consists of 55 KDs in 4 packages:
- Basic KDs
- KDs related with Empathy
- KDs related with Jackal ad Giraffe
- KDs related with Power
With various egzersizes you see where in life KDs are guiding your way.
