The other Level Two courses we offer cover empathy, transforming conflict and anger.
What you can expect
The NVC Dance Floors consist of large, laminated cards laid out on the floor in specific patterns. Each card represents a different stage of a conversation or an internal process. As a participant, you literally walk through your dialogue. You might stand on a Feeling card, move to a Need card, and then step onto a card that represents hearing the other person.
You will spend the weekend on the NVC Dance Floors, physically walking through the Inner-Outer tracks of dialogue. This intermediate level allows us to dive straight into the nuance of Scary Honesty, the beauty of needs, and the art of staying connected during conflict. It’s about practice, play, and integrating the work at a deeper level.
