Nonviolent Communication

Our Values: We’re passionate about life-long learning, creating respectful and loving relationships, and fostering care and justice in the world.

Purpose of this Course: In our Listening and Speaking with Heart sessions, you will learn and practice NVC tools and awareness that can improve relationships with yourself, your co-workers, your friends and your family.

Activities: We‘ll use a variety of pairs, trios and other group activities to enrich your time as we create a community to support one another’s learning. We‘ll help you see what NVC is about, and to hear and feel what a difference various choices make to your sense of connection with yourself and with others.

We’ll demo and support you to practice Self-Connection, Expressing Honestly, and Listening with Empathy using the ingredients of the NVC process.
