The Compassion Course Online, created by Thom Bond( who was Marshall Rosenberg‘s protege), is a transformative 1 year program starting in June, designed to help individuals cultivate a compassionate and connected life through needs awareness. Through 52 weekly lessons, participants learn practical skills to enhance empathy, self-empathy, and needs-based communication. The course offers clear concepts, engaging stories, and actionable practices that guide participants in integrating compassion into their daily lives. We call this the “slow drip process” that helps participants, not just know the material, but feel the essence of feeling and needs in themselves on a deeper level that helps facilitate change in their relationship with themselves and others.

Participants become part of a global community, connecting with others through empathy buddy partnerships, practice groups and online forums. Additional support is through a facilitated monthly online conferences that helps dive deeper in to the material with time for Q and A.
This supportive environment fosters inclusivity, understanding, and personal growth. The course emphasizes the importance of recognizing and expressing feelings and needs, using neutral observations, and making effective requests to meet needs.

Overall, the Compassion Course Online provides a structured and supportive path to developing more meaningful connections, resolving conflicts constructively, and experiencing greater joy and understanding in life.
