Each session aims to includes:
- Grounding & check-in — arriving in the present moment, noticing what‘s alive in us
- Brief teaching or demo — a focused NVC skill or concept you can apply immediately in your life
- Group coaching — bring real situations from your relationships, family, or work for gentle, laser-focused support
- Empathy practice — guided partner, triad, and large group exercises to strengthen your capacity to listen deeply and speak from the heart
