Integral

Without a shift in human identity at the level of consciousness, we will likely continue along our current destructive path defined by fragmented and separate constructs of self. Skillfully cultivating our ability to shift from isolating hyper individuation to healthy individual flourishing in intrinsic relationship with each other, the planet, the cosmos, and spiritual consciousness as our ground, is essential.

I will first give an overview of the peaks and pitfalls of my experience participating in and facilitating collective emergence at EnlightenNext (1993-2013), and how lessons learned and integration are informing my collective spiritual emergence work since (2023-).

I will also present how this work is related to evolving whole person and planetary health work at the Harvard Osher Center for Integrative Health, including how collective spiritual emergence could help heal isolation, loneliness and dis-ease that originate from fragmentation within oneself and in relationship with others, and our planet.

Together with the audience, I would further like to explore:
Aspects of we-space groups that audience members have found most supportive of a spiritual identity shift, including embodied, philosophical and dialogical.

Which aspects of we-space group facilitation would audience members consider important to further nuance, deepen, expand or reject to support collective spiritual emergence.
