In 2016, I left the Integral Theory Conference asking: What does it look like to live integral principles through cooperative economics, shared power, and creative practice? That question became Cosmos Cooperative. Over the past decade, Cosmos evolved into a multi-stakeholder cooperative publishing 8 books, producing 500+ pieces (essays, stories, poems, music), and hosting 300+ dialogues. We’ve drafted a constitution, created governance that shares power, and organized local cultural events. We’ve learned what “closer to coherence” requires: solidarity in practice. This presentation traces that journey—power-sharing, creativity as essential practice, and building within collapsing systems. Similar experiments are emerging across the integral landscape. The future of integral is cooperative—in structure, spirit, and how we create together. I’m here to invite constellation: for collaborators, allies, partners, and kindred spirits weaving world culture together.
