Integral

We’re all familiar with the Metacrisis. For decades, many of us in the integral movement have seen this crisis as a potential catalyst for higher stages of human development. Yet, when asked today, most integral/evolutionary leaders share that they are feeling less optimistic about our human future than we felt two decades ago. Is crisis a sufficient catalyst for the momentous leap we sense is possible? Or is something else needed? In this talk, I will explore an unprecedented evolutionary opportunity that is hiding in plain sight and which may be the catalyst we’ve all been waiting for. As machines take over the majority of work currently being performed by humans, might we find a new leverage point to create a flourishing, integrally led society? And if so, what is our role as integral leaders in architecting and guiding the emergence of this utopia?
