Do you want to learn to work with anger with greater confidence and precision to support growth? Are you ready for the next level of insight in your personal life or clinical practice?
We are excited to let you know about our new, live online workshop: The Heat Is On ~ Anger Through the Lens of the Enneagram.
Anger is a powerful—and often misunderstood—emotion. How can we work with it without escalating, suppressing, or missing what’s underneath? When anger is understood and skillfully facilitated, it can become a catalyst for insight, boundary-setting, and meaningful change.
The Enneagram offers a uniquely nuanced framework for understanding anger. Each of the nine Enneagram styles has a characteristic pattern of accessing, defending against, expressing, or disowning anger. Recognizing these patterns allows us to tailor interventions, avoid common pitfalls, and meet it with greater attunement.
In this live, online workshop, you will:
Recognize common anger triggers for each of the nine types
Identify what helps and what backfires when working with anger for each point of view
Explore how your own Enneagram style shapes your comfort, blind spots, and interventions around anger
Apply this framework to a life or client situation and create a plan for working with anger toward clarity and health
Deepen your understanding of anger as a force for psychological growth, rather than something to eliminate or fear
We offer an empathic and ethical approach aimed toward practical application, helping you facilitate anger in a way that supports regulation, insight, and momentum. JOIN US - Register Here!
