We warmly invite you to an upcoming We Space session with San Diego Integral, a gathering grounded in the principles of Authentic Relating and attuned to the depth and diversity of Integral practices. This session offers a space to connect with like-minded individuals, practice presence, and co-create meaningful interactions. What to Expect: Guided Integral Practices & Presence Work Our session will open with grounding practices and guidance in presence-based exercises to bring us into resonance as a group. From inquiry into states of consciousness to subtle body awareness, we’ll create a shared field of awareness where each of us can attune to the intersubjective space we’re building together. Breakout Groups for Depth & Discovery We’ll move into smaller breakout groups, offering a rich opportunity to explore Authentic Relating techniques and deepen the Integral connection. These groups are designed to encourage perspectives across different quadrants and levels of development, fostering real-time interaction that is both profound and personal.
Closing Reflection & Integration Ritual We’ll conclude with a group integration circle, sharing individual reflections and insights gained from the session. This is a chance to synthesize our experiences and bring the learning from our collective exploration back into our own practices and lives.
