Our institutions are not designed for visionary leaders in the spiritual sense. A heart based visionary leadership – also can be called integral leadership is on the rise, and it needs new ways to ‘institute’. The problem is that many visionary leaders tried to squeeze their mission in regular institutional forms and then it easily gets shrinked, or the mission gets compromised. Because the lower right quadrant defines reality just as much as the upper left does. Let’s identify key features of evolutionary leadership and some suggested practices on a Wilberian integral stage-aware base, to help the future human to rise!
