Maalouf, author, theorist and consultant specializing in geopolitics of the Middle East and cultural change based on the value-systems approach. She’s the author of the 2014 award winning book Emerge! the Rise of Functional Democracy and the Future of the Middle East. Ms. Maalouf discusses her real life experience in the applications of the value-systems and integral theory frameworks to Middle Eastern development and transformation. The audience will be introduced to Maalouf’s work on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict through a whole system’s perspective, through large scale systems applications, social-psychology and transformative organizational practices.
Elza S. Maalouf is a Lebanese-American author, political theorist and consultant focusing her work on business, cultural and political development of the Arab world. She’s a member of the Evolutionary Leaders an organization made up of the brightest global minds in the fields of science, spirituality and consciousness studies.
