The members present at the Oct. 1 Meetup requested a revision from the original topic… So we’ll be discussing the Developmental Levels as outlined in Spiral Dynamics. Micki will do a short presentation. Our focus will be to try to identify ways in which these levels are present in our lives. For example, if there’s a conflict with someone at work, perhaps they’re coming from a Blue worldview, and you’re solidly Green. Or maybe Red… If that makes no sense, you better come to the Meetup!!! ;-) The topic that was originally proposed for this week will be bumped ahead a few Meetups.
The format will be that we will do a short presentation on the topic, usually featuring a short reading, recording or video from Ken Wilber’s work. Then we will discuss the topic, giving everyone a chance to participate. Some of it may sound technical, but Ken’s work can be very practical and intuitive, so even if you are new to Ken’s work, we want to hear from you! It’s a great chance to learn about Integral!
We’ll try start right at 7, so come a little early if you can. But you’re welcome any time. We’ll wrap up at 8:30.
