This month we’ll watch the ‘3-2-1 Shadow Process’ DVD which is also part of the ‘Integral Life Practice Kit’. It is facilitated by Integral Institute faculty member Diane Hamilton. Diane is a big part of the Integral scene up in Boulder.
If you’re somewhat current in Wilber’s work you will see just how important he considers the whole concept of shadow and how it fits into the upper left quadrant. He pretty much equates Shadow with States and Stages. In other words we’ve got a lot of work to do! :~)
The 3-2-1 process is not intended to be the ‘be-all / end-all’ of shadow work, you’ll have to get a therapist for that! :~) But is is great for getting your feet wet and getting a taste of how much energy is tied up in keeping all of those issues and bogymen at bay…
This DVD is an hour and a half long so we’ll just have a short time for any new member intros and checking in before we start watching. And of course we can hang out afterward…
