The December KW Study Group will focus on the new product ‘The Integral Operating System’ by Ken Wilber, published by Sounds True.
It contains a Users Guide, 1 DVD, 2 CD’s and a wall chart.
The instructions recommend:
Reading the Users Guide.
Watching the DVD (which is divided into clips that correspond to the sections in the Users Guide)
Checking out the poster.
Listening to the CD’s.
The Users Guide is in two parts. The first part is the SAME as the ‘Introduction to Integral Theory and Practice’ which can be downloaded from Integral Naked at https://www.integralna.. . So, for the KW Study Group meeting I thought we could watch the 1 hour 15 min DVD and discuss it afterwards.
This new product is an introduction to Ken’s work and it’s very reasonably priced at 26.37 from Amazon.com.
The second part of the Users Guide is an introduction to ‘Integral Practice’, what the ‘Four Essential Modules’ are and how to start an Integral Practice of your own. It’s a lot shorter than the first part but well written. Maybe because Integral Practice will be the topic of a whole new product now under development…
So, a DVD is new ground for our big bald integral mentor in the mountains of Colorado! If you’ve never seen him on Integral Naked, watching him talk about his work is a lot different than reading his books.
